Why am I unable to log on to the course?

Please check your internet connection to ensure you are connected.

Ensure you are accessing the correct log in page – please follow the link in the initial automated email.

Ensure there are no spaces in the text boxes – the log in page can be sensitive to additional spaces before or after the username

Why can't I launch the course?

Please check the firewalls associated with your PC.

Certain firewalls often flag documents as a virus unnecessarily. Ensure you do not have one of such firewalls.

If this does occur, please contact your technical team and see if they can white list the web page.

If not, you will need to access the course via your home PC/network.

Although, not really applicable to us, some old browsers may require that you have an up-to-date Flash Player installed on your system.

Why does it say my course access has expired?

Access to the course material depends on the licence term you purchased.

However, if your course access has expired and you need extra time, Please follow these steps:

Fill the contact us form to enable us give the appropriate response.

Can I print the course materials?

Yes, all course materials in PDF format can be printed. Please follow the steps below:

Locate the ‘Course Resources’ tab

Select the PDF transcript of the course material

Download and print.
